Strong Again.

February 21st, 2014

SD has been really clear today and this evening.  Given the slow moving/stalled high pressure system that finally seems to be moving-on of late, maybe I should have given more credence to the relatively weakened signals during the last few days.  Maybe I need to go on kickstarter.com to raise some money for a permanent data acquisition system to measure and compare passing signal strengths.  In actuality, I think any monitoring equipment may not be as expensive as securing a good location to station the equipment for use.

It could be that the system that struck in the Heartland today/yesterday did not come ashore here, of course.  But from the weather map, it looks as though it could have.
