Signals have been week over last few days, but seem to be
strengthening over last 24 hours or so. Another storm is arriving, however.

After thought, 12/19/2016:
I'm not really sure, anymore - not that I ever was to begin with. Signals all over the place. Seemingly week and directional at times. Odd, as the pressure had seemed to be on the rise. SB across middle, SD barely on the low end.
