Questionable Signals

From what I have been able to hear/listen during the last few days, the signals have been weaker than normal - or at least weaker than expected.  Typically, this would not be a good sign regarding the weather on its way to the Heartland.  However, a storm recently passed this way.  And any questionable signals heard now could still be a result thereof.  Also, another storm system is reportedly approaching - which could also be affecting the signals.
