SD Still Weakened

Nov. 9th, 2013

Up on the Green Hill, SD signals are definitely weaker than the norm – regardless of the frame of reference. (High, rising.)  However, SB is still heard loud and clear.  For instance, in the segment of the Brazilian speak, SD was barely heard while SB could be heard in SD’s place.  This was another first for me, actually.  But I’m not sure SD was alarmingly weaker, though.

Still No SD

Dec. 6th, 2013

Still no SD in the air.  (High fluctuating.)  However, I thought I am also hearing San Bernardino's along the street.  I have never before; at least not that I am aware.  I might go to a better spot to see what's up this evening.

Follow-on a few hours later.  SD seems to have weakened to strengths of yore.  Which is quite a drop from how strong it has averaged over recent times.  But in those olden-day terms, SD is not excessively weak.  SB is still kicking strong (unusually so, maybe) and being heard in unheard of places.  But it now appears that I am hearing a smaller source of San Bernardino’s across the middle – stepping on both SD at times and SB too if/when applicable.  Maybe it’s all due to the passing high pressure system.  But I don’t really know.  I need to get some permanent monitoring equipment, methinks.

Saint Barbara is all the Rave - Down the Street.

Dec. 5th, 2013  (early AM)

SB is all the rage down and along the street.  It's quite cool for these parts, too - especially at night.  Norm/Hi, rising.  Not much for wind, currently.  SD nowhere to be heard - at least not here and nearby, pretty much that way all day.  Was a nice day, nevertheless.

Signals with a Cold?

With the on-coming cold front, the signals seem unique.  While SB is strong in the normal places, SD is somewhat abnormally weak with the signals possibly reversed abit in places with The Angels coming through clear where normally they probably would not be so.  How much of the current signal situation can be attributed to the cold or the winds, I don’t know.
