A few days ago as I was endeavoring in the area (Wednesday, July 8th, 2009), the odd and unlikely occurrence of a tornado ‘warning’ was issued for parts of the Boston region. I like to suppose that such was some semblance of a welcome from an over-seeing higher power. However, no tornadic vortexes appeared or were reported. Nevertheless, it was interesting to hear the paradigms of the typical tornado researchers [as relayed by television meteorologists] explaining the ‘extremely unlikely’ multitude of coincidences that led to such an unusual circumstance.
